Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Solar EPC Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and promote our solar EPC services. This role combines technical knowledge with excellent sales and customer service skills, contributing to the success of renewable energy projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • ◈ Identify potential customers for solar installations within the assigned territory.
  • ◈ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • ◈ Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • ◈ Collaborate with technical teams to prepare competitive proposals and quotations.
  • ◈ Manage client relationships by understanding project requirements and providing technical information.
  • ◈ Maintain a strong sales pipeline by engaging with leads and qualifying opportunities.
  • ◈ Consult with customers to understand energy needs and present tailored solar solutions.
  • ◈ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
  • ◈ Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • ◈ Negotiate and close sales contracts while meeting company policies and profitability targets.
  • ◈ Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to management.
  • ◈ Stay updated on new products and technologies in the solar industry.

Qualifications and Skills

  • ◈ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • ◈ Experience: 3+ years in sales within the Solar EPC industry, specifically in the industrial and commercial sectors.
  • ◈ Knowledge: Strong understanding of solar energy systems, technologies, and market trends in Eastern India.
  • ◈ Sales Skills: Proven ability to sell complex solutions, strong negotiation skills, and experience in closing high-value deals.
  • ◈ Customer Relations: Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
  • ◈ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to a non-technical audience.
  • ◈ Self-motivation: Results-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • ◈ Location: Based in Eastern India; preference for candidates familiar with the market and willing to travel across the region.
  • ◈ Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
