Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Solar EPC Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and promote our solar EPC services. This role combines technical knowledge with excellent sales and customer service skills, contributing to the success of renewable energy projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • ◈ Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the company's solar energy projects.
  • ◈ Manage the end-to-end procurement process for electrical and mechanical components required for solar installations.
  • ◈ Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure optimal pricing, terms, and quality standards.
  • ◈ Coordinate with internal teams to forecast supply needs and ensure timely availability of materials.
  • ◈ Oversee logistics operations, ensuring cost-effective transportation and timely delivery of goods.
  • ◈ Monitor inventory levels, manage warehouse operations, and ensure compliance with safety and storage standards.
  • ◈ Maintain strong vendor relationships and evaluate their performance based on quality, delivery times, and pricing.
  • ◈ Implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce lead times, and control costs.
  • ◈ Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets, track expenses, and report on cost savings.
  • ◈ Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing supply chain activities.
  • ◈ Travel as per work requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • ◈ Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • ◈ 3-4 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the renewable energy or solar industry.
  • ◈ Proven experience in procurement, logistics, vendor management, and inventory control.
  • ◈ Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
  • ◈ Excellent understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
  • ◈ Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • ◈ Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
  • ◈ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
